Terms of service
The rules of using Scribe SEO, written to be read rather than skipped.
1. The service
Scribe SEO generates technical SEO audit reports from publicly accessible page data. Reports are informational and do not guarantee any ranking outcome.
2. Acceptable use
You may audit any page you can lawfully access. You may not use Scribe to overload third-party servers, bypass access controls, or run automated bulk crawls outside your credit balance.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are purchased up front, never expire, and are consumed one per audited URL. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable local taxes.
4. Refunds
If an audit fails to produce a report because of a fault on our side, the credit is returned automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
5. Accuracy
Results reflect the page as fetched at the moment of the audit. Dynamic content, CDN variation and rate limiting on the target site can affect measurements.
6. Liability
Scribe SEO is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
